Order Processing & Production Time

All Shelf Crafters products are built to order in our Illinois workshop. Most orders ship within approximately 2 weeks, depending on product type and order volume.

Production timelines are estimates and may vary during peak periods or for larger custom orders.


Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

For customers within our local delivery area, a local delivery option may be available at checkout.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear after shipment.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times shown by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shelf Crafters is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, service disruptions, or other factors beyond our control.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Shelf Crafters is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping fees may apply.


Local Delivery

Local delivery is available for eligible orders within a specified radius. Delivery fees, minimum order requirements, and availability are displayed at checkout.

Delivery timing for local orders is coordinated after purchase.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

If a shipment is lost in transit, resolution will follow the carrier’s claims process. Shelf Crafters will assist as reasonably possible but cannot guarantee outcomes for carrier-related losses.
