Products & Custom Work
Many Shelf Crafters products are made-to-fit and built to the specifications provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure measurements, selections, and options are accurate before submitting an order.
Due to the custom nature of our products, minor variations in wood grain, color, and finish are normal and not considered defects.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Payment is required at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.
Order Acceptance & Changes
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information.
Once production has begun, order changes or cancellations may not be possible. If a change is requested after work has started, additional fees may apply.
Shipping & Delivery
We build and ship from our Illinois workshop. Production timelines vary by product and order volume. Estimated shipping times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Our Returns & Exchanges policy is detailed separately and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it before placing an order.
Custom items may have limited return eligibility unless there is a defect or an error on our part.
Damage, Defects & Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can assist promptly.
Failure to report issues within this timeframe may limit available resolution options.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including images, text, designs, logos, and product descriptions—is the property of Shelf Crafters and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shelf Crafters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
